Before establishing DeltaGreen, I was a key leader and board member of the Danube Group, a $4 billion conglomerate serving the GCC across diverse sectors including building materials, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, and real estate. My role as the visionary architect behind their retail and hospitality ventures allowed me to hone my expertise in creating impactful customer experiences.

He spent 16 years as a merchant marine officer and has more than 20 years in shore based shipping operations. His career showcases a unique combination of leadership, technical expertise, and commercial acumen.
After a 20-year tenure with the Tata Group, Capt. Patnaik ventured into entrepreneurship as Managing Partner and CEO of Panbulk Shipping DMCC, headquartered in Dubai.
Driven by a passion for innovation and excellence, Capt. Patnaik continuously strives to balance evolving business challenges with stakeholder value and customer satisfaction.

The Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) is a global, peer-to-peer network of more than 12,000+ influential business owners with 173 chapters in 54 countries. He is a member of the Pakistan Textile Council and serves on its board as a director. He is also a member of Young Presidents Organization (“YPO”) Pakistan. He is in the Board of 9 top corporates in the region.

Sanjeev has been on the Board of several entities including the World Diamond Council and Dubai Diamond Exchange.
Sanjeev has been instrumental in transforming Dubai’s Gold & Diamond Trade together with Tea. UAE’s precious metals and stones trade grew by billions of dollars within a 6-year period, creating the world’s largest rough diamond trading center. He has played pivotal role in formulating the India – UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) vision with an enriched bilateral trade environment between the UAE and India.
His prior experience with both PWC and KPMG across various industry sectors is noteworthy.
